About Our Team

The Institute of Sports Performance

The Institute of Sports Performance brings together decades of hands‑on experience helping athletes, coaches, and families perform with confidence and consistency. We combine licensed clinical care and applied mental performance coaching to deliver practical tools, measurable progress, and collaborative plans that travel from practice to game day.

Our Approach

We believe mental performance training should be simple, evidence‑based, and immediately usable. That means short daily reps, clear pre‑competition routines, and measurable checkpoints that build real confidence. We coordinate with coaches, athletic trainers, and medical providers so athletes get a unified plan for performance and well‑being. Above all, our work is athlete‑centered: we tailor every plan to sport, role, and season.
